About Us
Micromil Carbontech is an innovative engineering company that created Tornadot, Asia’s first sustainable, quality supermaterial, carbon nanotubes (“CNT”) made from waste rubber feedstock.
With a glaring gap in the market for cleaner, efficient and higher-yield CNT, there was a need to develop something different, something innovative, something engineered for the 21st century customer.
Micromil was determined to address the gap, and the outcome was Tornadot, Micromil’s proprietary CNT brand crafted based on the company’s strong industrial understanding, technical know-how, access to raw materials and process ownership. The name Tornadot is derived from the words “Tornado” – a testament to its high tensile strength – and “Dot” – which refers to its prowess in nanotechnology. In addition, with its versatility and high purity, Tornadot can be used in various industries, such as energy storage systems, 3D Printing and automotive body parts. Its “superquality” has driven Micromil to hold the patents for Tornadot in seven countries, with two new patents in the pipeline.
Micromil aims to be at the forefront of the high-performance nano-engineering age, creating sustainable supermaterials that boost our customers’ products’ performance.
